We are very fortunate to have Ian Hockley as our new accompanist. He is part time teacher of music at Pangbourne College.

Ian is a highly experienced musician and teacher with over 30 years’ experience. He has taught and played the organ at a number of schools including: Ampleforth College, The Blue Coat School and Guildford Grammar School, Western Australia.

He also spent twenty years living and working in the Gulf State of Oman within the extensive performance and teaching programme for Music and Arts. Ian has also been able to work at international level as a performing musician, having played all kinds of music in over 36 different countries, through touring with orchestras, choirs, small ensembles and rock groups.

His formal qualifications include: Master of Arts, Bachelor of Arts, Associate of the Royal College of Organists, Licentiate of Trinity College of Music and Diplomas in Organ and Harpsichord.
